Conservation Camp
campers learn about hunting safely

campers practice archery skills

Through our partnership with Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife, Conservation Camp is an introduction to Maine's outdoor heritage, offering the fun and friendships of traditional camp activities, combined with a comprehensive hunting safety and skills course.

With a choice between Firearms or Archery Hunter safety, campers develop the skills and confidence to safely enjoy our woods and waters, and also earn their Maine State Hunter Safety Certification. Activities also include wildlife and tracking lessons, map and compass, woodcraft skills, basic first aid and outdoor safety, archery, forest ecology, survival techniques, and group development games. Conservation Camp at Bryant Pond is a perfect way to launch any child on a lifetime of outdoor fun!

In cooperation with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
