Treasure Camp

Treasure Camp is a fun-filled week of outdoor exploration into the natural environmental and mineral treasures that abound in the mountains of western Maine. While hiking, boating, swimming, and exploring, campers will deepen their appreciation for the natural world while building confidence in their outdoor skills. Treasure campers will learn about and search for various gems of the Bryant Pond campus and beyond. Activities will include geo-caching, visiting a local gemstone quarry and mine, and gold panning in a nearby stream. Participants will also participate in team-building activities, gardening, forest and pond discoveries, and the weekly campfire rounds out the program.
